Do you have parking available?
Yes! We provide on-site parking for our guests.
Is the studio pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We welcome pets. Just make sure they’re well-behaved and supervised.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled. Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm a new time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
How does setup and cleanup work?
Setup and cleanup time must be included within your scheduled booking hour. Please plan accordingly so your session fits within the reserved time.
Are boudoir sessions allowed?
Yes! Boudoir sessions are welcome. The studio space itself is private, but please note there may be people in the loft area. Be sure to let your client know beforehand so they’re comfortable.
How do I access the building?
Someone will be available to let you in. If not, we’ll provide you with a keypad code for entry.
Do I have access to props?
Yes! You’ll have access to the props we have available in the studio, and you’re welcome to bring your own. If you want to confirm whether we have a specific prop, please reach out to us before your session.
What about lighting?
Our studio offers beautiful natural lighting throughout the day. You’re also welcome to bring your own lighting equipment if you’d like more control over the setup.
